Phone is an excellent condition. Still has the plastic film on the screen shows little to no use Comes with original charger CDMA  3G Not sure if you can connect the phone to service in the United States  No guarantees on the battery holding a charge  Powers on and shows charging I checked the IMEI number on the phone checker site seems to be ok You can check the IMEI number I have pictures of the back  May be a good phone for out of the country looks to be in new condition
