Google Pixel 7 Pro Motherboard 128GB MOTHER Logic Board For PARTS ONLY READ PLS

This is Logic Board is being sold as is for parts. It powers up but it gets stuck on the Google and does not boot up all the way so it does have power and does power on. It just does not power up all the way it doesn’t boot up. It is being sold for parts only I don’t know if it’s locked. I don’t know if it has an Google account to it.
